Free Energy group is proud to announce that Jakob Jamot, as of January 1st 2020, has entered the position as chief technology officer. Jakob will be responsible for continued technological development of HYSS (solar-hybrid heat pumps), but also complementary products to maximize the utilization of solar energy. From his location in Gothenburg, Jakob is within a close reach to Oslo, which is an important market for Free Energy.

Jakob Jamot is a graduate mechatronics engineer with a Master in product development from Chalmers University of Technology. Jacob’s interest in renewable energy has led him to work with complex solar solutions throughout his professional career. Most recently at Azelio his focus was on Stirling engine and thermal energy storage. Through many years he has been developing simulation methods and gained a broad and deep insight into what is required for creating successful energy systems, both technically and economically.

With Jacob’s practical and theoretical skills in renewable energy Free Energy expect to consolidate the position as leading supplier of energy systems based on geothermal heat pumps, solar heating and solar electricity.

Former CTO, Gilbert Jensen, will continue with the Free Energy group as a business developer and will be in charge of the company’s international expansion.
