With
high
temperature
solar heating and an
optimised storage tank, the
sun is often able to heat the
water to more than 60°C,
without additional supply
from the heat pump.
The
mid
- and low
temperature range is used
to pre-heat the ground
source liquid from which
the heat pump retrieves
energy. This will increase
the heat factor (COP).
The mid- and
low
temperature range is also
used to recharge the heat
conducting material in
the ground source energy
storage. This energy will
also result in an increased
heat factor.
An ordinary house nor-
mally receives 4-5 times
more solar energy than
the household spends
during one year.
