HYSS heat pumps, including Ecoforest heat pumps from Free Energy, have a 5 year factory warranty. Additionally, heat pumps are also covered by Arctic's reputable insurances. When your ordinary warranty period of 5 years (included in the purchase) has expired, you will be contacted by Arctic and offered an annual extension up to year 14 for liquid-water, respectively year 16 for air-water. This insurance covers the entire heat pump and protects you by eliminating the deductible and age deduction that occurs in the event of damage to the heat pump. You will receive full terms and conditions of the insurance when Arctic contacts you.
